Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept payments through paypal.com, via your paypal account or by major credit card. If you would like to make a payment by cash or check, please contact us at sandra@boxes-and-bows.com and we can set up payment arrangements.

Q: What name will appear on my credit card statement?

A: The name on your credit card statement will appear as PAYPAL *BOXESBOWS.

Q: Is your online payment processing secure?

A: Yes! Your payment information entered via the paypal.com website is secure.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: If your item(s) happen to be to be in stock, they will ship within 1-2 business days. If any of your items need to be fabricated, your order will ship within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email after you place your order informing you of estimated shipping time.

Q: If I order more than one item and one item is in stock and another needs to be fabricated, will my order ship together or separately?

A: All items in your order will ship together, regardless of whether the item(s) are in stock or need to be fabricated.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?

A: All domestic orders ship USPS Priority Mail. If you are shipping internationally, please contact us for an international shipping quote.

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: At this point in time, because most of our items are custom made, we do not accept returns.
